About

I'm Juliette — a dyslexic founder, learning designer, and long-time challenger of the idea that education should look the same for everyone. I built Growth Engineering from scratch into a multi-million-pound EdTech company, working with L'Oréal, Apple, Cisco, HP, and some of the world's most demanding learning cultures. Twenty-five years in this field has made one thing painfully clear: The "normal learner" our systems are designed around doesn't exist. Most people learn differently. Most brains don't think in straight lines. And yet corporate learning still pretends they do. That's the problem I've spent my career solving, and it's why everything I build is grounded in Neurogogy, the fusion of neuroscience and pedagogy that sits at the heart of Growth Engineering's platform. We don't just make learning engaging. We make it stick, scientifically. Zavmo is our latest step, an AI learning companion that adapts to individual minds, not the other way around. My book, Learning To Be Human, explored what happens when technology amplifies human learning instead of replacing it. 🎙️ I host Human After All, a cinematic podcast exploring the emotional, social, and ethical side of AI. 📬 I write The Juliette Learning Tribe, a weekly note on the future of learning, leadership, and cognitive diversity. I speak globally and consult with organisations who want learning that actually sticks. If that's you, juliettedenny.com I champion one belief: when we design for cognitive diversity, everyone learns better. 🔗 https://linktr.ee/juliette.denny
