• During my 2-month internship in Human Resource Management at Lernx, I had the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions which gave me valuable practical exposure. My role involved assisting in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as well as coordinating interviews. I also supported HR operations such as maintaining employee records, handling documentation, and understanding compliance requirements. Along with this, I contributed to employee engagement activities, internal communication, and observed performance evaluation processes that helped me understand the importance of feedback and recognition in the workplace. Additionally, I gained insights into learning and development initiatives and researched HR trends to support training activities. This internship allowed me to enhance my recruitment, communication, and organizational skills while building a deeper understanding of how HR contributes to people management, organizational growth, and workplace culture.
