When I say “Swiss Knife,” I mean it. Not a title. Not a buzzword. It’s the utility startups actually need when things are messy, the product’s half-built, founders are juggling ten priorities, and every decision feels like a trade-off. I’m a Product Swiss Knife for Startups, I think like a PM, build like a founder, and communicate like a marketer. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with early and seed-stage startups where clarity, speed, and execution matter more than process and perfection. I help founders bring structure to chaos, taking products from zero to one through clear strategy, user understanding, and tight feedback loops. 💡 A bit of my journey: - I’ve built my own product, PhotonPYQS.IN , a non-AI platform that generates good revenue not huge, but strong enough to be sustainable, with a profit margin of around 80–82%. - It took just about two months to build and turned into something real, teaching me firsthand how growth happens step by step, feature by feature, funnel by funnel. I’m not a coder, but I do a bit of AI-assisted and low-code development.
