Most companies assume obesity is a lifestyle problem, but our customers are showing consistent metabolic dysfunction like rising HbA1c, insulin resistance, and hormonal imbalance - that can’t be fixed with ‘calorie deficit + gym’ alone.
The real insight is that working professionals in their 30s and 40s need clinical supervision. Medication like GLP-1 alone don’t solve the problem of lifestyle change, and exercise alone don’t fix root causes of the weight gain.
Companies pick one side, but the customers need both, and this is the gap that Lean Protocol bridges.
