I am a B.Tech Information Technology student (6th semester) with a strong interest in building practical, production-grade AI systems, not just proof-of-concept demos. During my internship at an early-stage startup, where I worked as a Forward-Deployed MLOps Engineer, I was closely involved in solving supply chain visibility and operational planning problems for nightclub businesses. This role required direct collaboration with club owners and operators to understand real-world constraints and decision-making processes on the ground. While working on these engagements, I observed a recurring pattern: teams made sound operational decisions, but those decisions were not systematically captured or retrievable when similar situations occurred later. As a result, teams often re-solved the same problems, leading to delays, inconsistencies, and avoidable escalations. This experience directly led me to start building Decision Memory Agent — a Slack-native AI agent that captures decisions along with their surrounding context (signals, constraints, and outcomes) and surfaces relevant past precedents when similar issues reappear. At this startup, my contributions included: Designing models to predict raw material and inventory requirements based on demand patterns, event cycles, and historical usage Improving supply chain planning by making inventory decisions explainable — clarifying when and why certain materials were needed Developing revenue and operations dashboards that provided owners with real-time visibility into finances, staffing, and overall business performance My current areas of focus include: AI agents built for real operational workflows Decision intelligence and context-aware retrieval Full-stack systems around LLMs, from data pipelines to user-facing interfaces I am actively building, learning in public, and looking to connect with people working in support, operations, or applied AI product development.
