I make AI adoption stick for founders, leaders, and their organizations - hands-on, not just advisory. Whether it's embedding with a leadership team to drive change across an organization, or working 1:1 with a founder/leader reimagining how they operate with AI, the work is the same: closing the gap between having AI tools and actually using them to augment how people work. The problem is almost never the technology. It's the people - governance, incentives, leadership modeling, and the shifts in thinking/workflows that no training program alone can produce. Through Work in Beta, Sonali (my wife and co-founder) and I work hands-on - diagnosing where teams actually are versus where they think they are, and building what makes AI adoption stick. ~15 years in learning, talent, and product.
