• Key projects: -
• Delivered an end to end solution to enable data driven decisions related to product assortment which was widely accepted and used in 100+ stores in Argentina and China for feature planning. Its components:
• Forecasting Model for items based on price, seasonality, store, position, etc. with a ~80% accuracy
• A set of 5 Excel and Access VBA fully automated platforms enabling category buyers to consume the forecast
• Measured the impact of space optimization on test stores leading to final deployment in over 1000+ stores in US
