• We often complain that mainstream media is owned by corporate entities and they are controlling the news and views that reach us. To counter that we started this media website where the owners are people who are from a cooperative and who are not under any obligation to put out particular type of news or views to the people.
• indjournals is owned by about 1000 share holders who contribute to the running of the site on an annual basis.
• The site has an editorial board comprising of journalists that take decisions about the stories to run. These journalists are share holders too.
• As the ownership of the site is distributed among many people, the editorial board is supervised in times of crisis by the other common share holders to do course correction and resolve disputes.
• indjournals.in will remain free for its readers and will not carry any advertisements on its site ever. It is self-financed by the owners of the cooperative.

• At Roots Global I am working on re-orienting the organization towards customer success. I am also designing, developing and maintaining the website of the organization. • Involved in campus recruitment, communication design. managing engineers and development of new AMC business.
• Worked hand-on in the Metro Adlabs project of 6 screens. Worked on projection room equipment, Dolby 5.1 Sound installation, Theater sound equalization to ensure every seat is a premium seat in the theater.
• Co-ordinated the project planning and dispatch of cinema halls for which orders had been received for Audio and Video equipment.

• I devote my Saturday's in doing credit counseling for the common people who are distressed by credit issuing banks and financial institutions.
• Private and MNC banks in their lust for unbridled profit are taking the common person for a ride. By charging exorbitant interest rates and hiding behind legalese these banks are looting the common person. Interest rates range between 30% to 90% per annum on small ticket loans. Owning and using credit cards is another dangerous area where consumer education is badly needed.
• At CCA we try to do our best in alleviating the problems of the people who approach us. We also provide for a joint platform in our fight against the heavily biased system of lending.

• Lead a team of four managers and more than twenty vendors. The team was involved in managing the final delivery of content to the learning portal after the transcripts had been created by the academics team.
• Work involved ensuring that the content delivered was on time and accurate to as near as 100%.
• Enabled the team by making available the latest tools for efficient work. Interacted with external vendors and brought about economical development practices into play.
• This organization used a matrix system of management, thus got the opportunity to interact with other arms of the organization vis-a-vis marketing, sales, support, technology, academics and production.

• Setup a complete telephone based information service under the brand of Infonet. Ran a full staffed company with a strength of 45 people. Involved in software development back-end for the effort.
• Created a complete sales-service infrastructure for a call center years before call centers became a norm in India. Developed call tracking and MIS systems for an online phone based information system. The information center was operational between 6 am to 12 midnight, a first during the period.
• Our company was also engaged in sales and service of computers.
• Founded this company along with Mr. Gandhi.
