  • Restart the servers as per the daily check process. Start and stop the services of the server as per the given process Runbook.
  • Need to make sure the uptime and response time of the client websites using client specific tool (Dynatrace), if any problem is identified for any host location of the website need to fix as per the Runbook if required and needs to involve the next-level team as per the issue.
  • Need to make sure all the network connections of the different locations are working fine, if any issue is noticed in SolarWinds, involve the respective team as per the process.
  • Performing deployments of the different teams using the client-specific tools within the approved window.
  • Emailing the service account owners in case of too many failed logins in the last 24 hours.
