I work as a storyteller across films, short content, and brand narratives. My focus is not just on making stories look good, but on designing narratives that shape belief and trust. I’m deeply interested in how human behaviour responds to stories, why certain narratives persuade, endure, or fail. My work draws from filmmaking practice, consumer psychology, and narrative thinking, but the expression is always simple, human, and grounded in truth rather than noise. Long term, I’m building original narrative IP and a storytelling ecosystem that serves cinema and brands with equal seriousness. Served as the Gaffer and Assistant Cinematographer for a compelling TVC addressing e-waste management concerns for Xiaomi India. The production featured renowned director Sourabh Gaungly and was executed in Kolkata in 2023.
Collaborated closely with the Director of Photography (DOP), producers, and director to ensure seamless execution of the visual narrative. Contributed to the lighting design and execution, playing a crucial role in achieving the desired visual aesthetics for the TVC.
Worked hand-in-hand with the storyboarding artist, ensuring alignment between the storyboard and the final visual presentation. This collaboration facilitated a smooth transition from conceptualization to execution, capturing the essence of e-waste management through engaging visuals.
This experience showcases my ability to work collaboratively in a creative team, translating conceptual ideas into visually compelling content while addressing critical environmental issues.
