• Manage a distributed team of 12+ across Amsterdam and Tbilisi. Built Lightspeed capabilities across checkout, storefront, payment, shipping, and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Most of my time is spent on hiring and coaching engineers, technical and product direction, solution architecture, and aligning stakeholders across teams. Below are major projects I've been working on:
• Led the rebuild of Lightspeed Checkout, enabling millions of transactions for thousands of merchants.
• Led the eCom Storefront Migration, enabling seamless transitions for eCommerce merchants.
• Led Lightspeed eCom expansion across Europe, building key payment and shipping capabilities.
• Currently leading the Omnichannel Fulfillment initiative that helps merchants to ue advance fulfillment workflows.

• Worked on several projects across eCommerce and omnichannel products.
• Theme Customization: Architected a live theme editor for the eCommerce storefront. Designed and implemented a Git-like versioning system for tracking theme changes and built a custom Hot Module Replacement (HMR) mechanism for instant previews in draft mode. Currently used by thousands of merchants.
• Omnichannel Multi-Location: Architected and built a microfrontend application spanning Retail POS and eCommerce products. The building blocks from this project helped shape microfrontend development practices across the Retail business unit, including authentication flows and communication protocols.

• Fundsup is an early-stage startup that connects founders and investors. I led frontend development team in a fast-paced environment.
• Learned a lot about how to operate in an early-stage environment. I learned how to make technical and strategic trade-offs to ship faster, manage focus when resources are limited, and work directly with users to iterate quickly.

• Worked on marketing automation and Sitecore's commerce storefront (SXA) - full cycle from design to maintenance.
• Built a new internal JavaScript framework for SXA that enabled developers to create advanced UIs by extending existing components
• Collaborated with architects and leads on system design and architectural changes
• Defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns
• Led code reviews and maintained code quality standards
• Ran internal Angular workshops to upskill the frontend team

• Lion & Lion's first UX designer. Built a small team and established the UX practice for the agency.
• Built UX strategy in collaboration with clients, account managers, and designers
• Created wireframes, prototypes, and optimized user flows for conversion

• Shipped apps and campaigns for L'Oreal Paris, The North Face, AXA Insurance, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, and FWD Insurance

• Built an API-centric e-commerce platform for small businesses.
• Developed back office, storefront builder, and mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Served over 200 businesses across multiple sales channels - D2C, B2B, marketplace integrations, and on-premise
• Built a solid multi-channel platform from scratch
• The technical side worked. The challenge was marketing; couldn't position it effectively or reach the right customers. Learned that product marketing and go-to-market strategy matter just as much as building the product itself.
