• Coordinating with “Operation SMILE” project( Patients should leave the Hospital with a BIG SMILE)
• Day wise taking patients feedback about the Hospital services & preparing daily reports.
• To handle all patient and their relatives’ complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient
• manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
• Conducting patient counseling
• Provide guidelines to the patient.
• Prepairing monthly Corporate reports with all patients details and sending to all Corporates.
• Collecting Refferal Doctors details from patients. Accumulating till now more than 1000 Refferal Doctors details.
• Refferal Doctors-
• Communicating over phone with the refferal Doctors on daily basis.
• Sending Thanking Letters to all refferal Doctors along with treatment details.
• Taking proper care to all refferred patients and Guide them properly.
• Sending Hospital magazines on regular basis.
• For any special Events sending invitations.
• Reports to board of directors
