Hey, I’m Thanmaya - Co-Founder of TheFlourish, full-time AI nerd, part-time IT student at NIT Kurukshetra. Started my first agency in my bedroom, a podcast agency with a mic from a local store and a selfie stick as a tripod. We helped creators grow from 33K → 84K subs in 2.5 months using short form content. Then I ran a B2B lead gen agency for a year, bringing in leads even from fortune 500 companies. Now, we’ve taken that all that leadgen and marketing experience and are scaling it through AI. At TheFlourish, we build AI Agents that automate the entire lead gen process in a way that actually you get results, like a LinkedIn SDR thats booking in 2–3 discovery calls a week. It sends connections, replies and even handles objections till leads book in a call. But with a human in loop (It still just takes 5-10mins per day) Because lets be honest, we as founders care about results more than AI AI can’t fix what’s broken it can only scale what’s already working. Most people use AI to build hype. We use it to build pipelines because we’re marketers first, AI builders second.
