As the President and CEO of PayPal, I'm honored to lead a company that has transformed how the world moves money. My focus is on accelerating innovation, embedding AI across our products and operations, and continuing to earn the trust of the customers and businesses we serve every day. I have served on PayPal's Board of Directors for nearly five years and was appointed Chair of the Board in July 2024, providing deep insight into the company's strategy. Prior to PayPal, I served as President and CEO of HP Inc., where I led the company through a significant transformation centered on services, subscriptions, and AI-Driven workplace solutions.​ I earned a degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and an MBA from ESADE Business School. I serve on the boards of Silicon Valley Leadership Group and ESADE Business School.
