She is the Founder of two ventures called Speakwel - The Lifestyle School & AasRay. Shefali is a certified Career Counsellor besides being the Managing Director of PSIT Group of Institutions for the last 13 years. Shefali has been a YWCA Member & a First Degree Reiki healer. She knows Braille & has received appreciation from blind employees’ welfare council, drug addicts’ rehabilitation organisation and UNICEF. Her flagship program “Paathshala” for last seven years has been education of girl children. Her NGO has associated with bodies like CII YI for Gender Sensitization. Vocational Courses like Tailoring, Embroidery & Computers are open for Arth Students under “Saamarth Program.” Environment issues are deeply disturbing to her. Speakwel students often stage Nukkad Natak, Plogging Drives, Anti-Polythene Campaigns.
