My journey has taken me from the lecture halls of Universities around the world to the heart of educational reform across countries. For decades, my work has been about building systems and strengthening institutions, always with the goal of creating inclusive environments where knowledge can serve as a tool for peace and opportunity. This is the foundation of my work as Editor in Chief for Alba's Sustainable Encounters 🌱 Now, as a mentor and advisor for the NoSmalltalk-X-Series, I am turning my focus from the systems to the stories within them. Having witnessed firsthand how societal structures and cultural norms shape individual lives, I believe the most sustainable change comes from understanding the human experience in its rawest form. This new role is a natural extension of a lifetime dedicated to education, exceeding policies to matters of the heart. My mission is to use my global experience to guide a new generation of conversations unafraid to explore the personal, challenge the conventional, and ultimately, foster a more empathetic and authentic world 🫶
