I have the privilege of ticking almost all the boxes in Human Resources – CHRO, Business Head, Entrepreneur and Faculty and continue to look for opportunities to learn more from peers, industry leaders and students. As a CHRO I scaled a Citigroup invested firm from 300 to 3000 in 2 years, created a HR Business unit for HR operations outsourcing and then left Corporate life to start AceProHR . As a visiting faculty I took a course in Recruitment, Selection & Employer Branding the MBA HR – programme of University of Delhi and continue to give guest lectures in B Schools. At AceProHR our goal is to identify leadership talent that creates a competitive advantage for our clients. We have been successfully delivering on this objective for the last 10 years across functions for a number of Global and Indian companies. We get a lot of our mandates when the big executive firms do not deliver.
