• Founding member for Google AI's Industry Verticals team building language model (BERT) based applications for enterprises in 2019-20. Led product, sales, partnerships and engineering.
• Previous: Early member of GPay India (moved to Singapore for this). The product went from 0 to 100M monthly active users, a household name in India, and helped the country move from cash to cashless transactions. Fastest growing mobile product in 2018 and 2019.

• Premise is a mobile-first start-up, building machinery and a global network of contributors to track macroeconomic and human development trends in real time, thereby gathering ground-truth data and influencing policy decisions in emerging markets.
• Premise is backed by Google Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Social + Capital, among others.
• My bit: Led the mobile+data-science product line from the ground up, launched in Feb 2017 and scaled to 500k+ users (and counting!) across 7 countries. This included identity, data collection, UX and payments.
• Among some of our enterprise contracts, I particularly enjoyed:
• > working with the Colombian government on improving efficiencies in tracking the Zika virus across tier 1 cities
• > Increasing patient adherence rates among HIV+ under-age girls in Kenya

• AndroidOne -- As a small team we built the world's first <$100 smart phone running the latest Android OS (launched the pilot in IN, ID, PH). Some successes (topped all e-commerce stores for 6 months straight), some failures (price was the primary differentiator and that's never enough), lots of learnings
• Android OS team -- KitKat, Lollipop and Marshmallow releases (shipped to ~2.5B users)

• Frustrated with inaction towards health-care and education related projects, for women and children in emerging markets, my sister and I co-founded a not-for-profit company to lead the charge as best we could.
• Clients and collaborators included Nestle, the International Labor Organization and UN Women among others. Partnerships with: Lebara Foundation, Bafna Pharmaceuticals, Cisco, Ecube, Gensol, Reconstructed Living Laboratories, Madhu Yashki foundation
• We did things ranging from building a healthcare vending machine in rural anganwadis near Hyderabad, to making middle-eastern corporates strive to be 'gender equity' certified.
