I sold demat accounts at Kotak Securities, worked at Infosys, and learned how products and systems scale. Studying abroad changed my direction. I struggled to find safe housing and saw how confusing the relocation journey was for students and families. That became my first startup, Unilodgers, which I co-founded, scaled, and exited. University Living came next. I founded it to reduce friction in how students move across borders. What started with housing has expanded into the broader mobility layer of study abroad. I now work across international higher education, international student housing, and post-admission mobility. Along the way, I co-founded Uninist with Londonist DMC to build flexible student stays in the UK. In 2024, we acquired Student Tenant to deepen the housing network and scale faster in the UK ecosystem. My journey has been shaped by the belief that studying abroad needs real infrastructure, not just admissions and marketing. Housing, mobility, clarity, cost, compliance, and community matter as much as an offer letter. I spend most of my time with students, parents, universities, and partners, and their questions guide what I build next. I have been featured by Forbes, CNBC, Economic Times, and Business World, and recognised in BW 40 Under 40. These milestones are meaningful, but the real reward is seeing a student settle in a new country with confidence instead of confusion.
