Jonathan is the co-founder and CPO/CTO of Pear (www.pear.it.com), a curated consulting marketplace matching companies with vetted ex-MBB talent, and the founder of AI Never Sleeps, a community of 100+ founders and operators learning to build and automate with AI. He also teaches Zero to Builder (ZTB), an 8-week course helping non-technical founders ship real products using AI tools. He has 20+ years of experience across consulting, financial services, and technology - with a track record of taking ideas from inception through strategy, execution, and change delivery. Jonathan spent 5.5 years with Boston Consulting Group (Sydney and KL), where he co-founded BCG's Digital Transformation practice in Australia and worked across five-year strategies, M&A target selection and deal support, and operations improvement. He has also held leadership roles (COO, CTO, CPO, CMO, Chief Growth Officer) across fintech startups and listed companies including MoneyMe, SocietyOne, and Fundo over 8 years. Prior to BCG, he spent 5 years at Westpac - one of Australia's Big Four banks - rising to Head of Strategy for Retail and Regional Banking. He is currently back at Westpac for a second tour, working in the Personal Loans team. Before his Australian career, Jonathan spent 4 years based in Singapore working across South East Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology from UTS, and both a Master of Management and an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).
