Hi, I’m Anshul - a 3X startup founder (& now investor) with over a decade of experience in building and scaling VC-backed businesses. As a founder I raised over $15M across my ventures and now channel that experience into TrueAlpha - a founder-led pre-seed fund that backs top builder, GTM-first, builder founders. At TrueAlpha, we select high-potential builder founders, help them see the bigger opportunity and articulate it with clarity and conviction. Before TrueAlpha, I co-founded and led Yellow Class (now speakX), India’s largest online extracurricular platform for kids, which raised $10M and ranked among the top 10 education apps on the Android App Store. Earlier, I co-founded FastFox, a home rental tech startup that raised $5M from Lightspeed Ventures and was later acquired by PropTiger in 2019. I’ve lived the founder journey - the highs, the chaos, the grind. And now, my mission is simple: help the next generation of founders succeed. Build & raise with clarity, conviction, and confidence.

For the project, the team conducted detailed interviews with different stakeholders of the industry including existing players, distributors, retailers, and customers.
  • Joint Venture Partner Identification for a Japanese Poles & Piles Manufacturer.
  • Channel Partners Identification and Evaluation for a Major Business Printer Manufacturer.
  • Feasibility study of a water purification technology to be used in the medical/healthcare field.
  • Pre-Research of Packaged Food Industry in India.
