  • I became part of AREVA Product Sales team, after they acquired a Silicon Valley startup called Ausra that had developed a unique solar technology. The startup was funded by high-profile investors like Vinod Khosla.
  • We signed a $180M contract with Reliance for the (at the time) largest solar thermal plant (125MW) for JNNSM Phase-1 using linear Fresnel technology.
  • First 5 employees in the India office of AREVA solar, which went on to become hundreds of people over next 3 years.
  • Championed AREVA’s steam augmentation solution to various stakeholders in India and US including government entities, industrial customers (biomass, cement, sugar) and regulators.
