I’m a Senior Product Designer operating at system level within complex, regulated environments. My focus is shaping how AI integrates into service systems, designing the behavioural frameworks, autonomy boundaries, and interaction models that make advanced tooling usable and trustworthy in real world scenarios. I’m particularly interested in how design shifts upstream in AI-assisted environments, from shaping screens to shaping the structure that governs behaviour, consistency, and human judgement.
