Search Specialist for Climate Tech and Digital | Venture Scout Being entrenched into the Indian startup eco-system very early on, I have been fortunate to see recruiting, its needs and significance evolve in India over the years. As digital shifted from classifieds to travel, from transaction to social, to commerce and from gaming, fintech to AI, I have had the opportunity to experience, contribute and learn about each “recruiting” shift. Early years in inhouse Talent Acquisition and Consulting roles led me to bootstrap and build Euforbia, an entrepreneurial venture, which solves the “20%” for startups. Globally, out of 10 Venture Funded startups 7.5 fail. Of these, 34% fail because of poor PMF, 22% because of poor timing and 20% because of poor team/recruiting. While Founders are best people to solve for PMF and Timing, over the years, Euforbia has obsessed and solved for the “20%” for founders, which is “recruiting”. With 100+ Leadership hires so far, Euforbia continues to create value for over 250 startups in India.
