Responsible to lead a team of 25+ members in the space of digital media to cater for 60+ markets across the globe and handling budgets worth $100M+ per annum. I carry a solid acumen on the partnerships front as well having closely worked with vendors in the space of ad tech to foster our client's marketing objectives through all funnels. Apart from this, I also cater to delivery/project management side of the business to grow the work scope of the wider team, increase FTE count to drive greater value for our clients and agencies across the globe. Lastly, I have also played as an external consultant to our sales teams in the organization for client pitch purposes having walk them through the offerings of digital media, delivery, operations and scope management.
