I’m a strategic product and design leader with 18 years of experience building teams, scaling systems, and shaping product direction across high-growth startups and complex global platforms. I grew up in the hustle-capital of India, built my first business at 15, and by 30 had co-founded four ventures — all while working full-time in design. That early exposure to business shaped how I think about product today: commercially grounded, human-centred, and ruthlessly pragmatic. Most recently, I lead design at Easygo, the company behind Kick.com and Stake.com. I helped reposition design from a delivery function to a strategic partner across the business, scaling the team, embedding design operations, and introducing a product design process that’s still in use today. Before that, I held leadership roles at PEXA, Cognizant, and Telstra (Kloud), working across FinTech, PropTech, and enterprise SaaS. My work sits at the intersection of product, people, and systems. I care deeply about building design teams that are not just talented, but respected, and setting up the structures that let them thrive long after I’m gone.
