Last 3 years have been particularly very exciting to work on various aspects of AI as AI Product Lead at scale.jobs and Tekion. I built AI Capabilities in these platforms. Technologies & Models used are LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLM), Fine Tuning, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Vector Databases, Pinecone, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Embeddings, Machine Learning, Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps), Deep Learning, Haystack, Hugging Face, Transformers, Information Retrieval to bring Generative AI, AI Agents, Conversational AI capabilities Past Life: I led the vision, strategy, and execution of a platform that helps job seekers apply to multiple roles without fatigue and frustration. I have co-founded and launched two media-tech company, Nearby News, that leveraged data and analytics to provide personalized and hyperlocal news content. I have also worked as a Product Manager in IT, retail banking, and e-commerce sectors, where I conducted user research, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to improve customer experience and retention. I hold a Master of Science in Product Management from Carnegie Mellon University, where I learned the best practices and frameworks for building and managing successful products. I am passionate about solving real-world problems with technology, keeping users at the center, and shipping products to market.

  • I tried everything from Auto filling chrome extensions to AI Auto Apply services but nothing worked seamlessly and it is still a huge problem to manually apply.
  • So I decided to hire a college student from India and then trained him to apply to jobs on my behalf.
  • Guess what? 800 applications and multiple coffee chats later, I got interview calls from 5 different employers.
  • Things moved forward and many many interview rounds later, I finally converted them into 2 job offers.
  • One of those two job offers was from the applications that the intern had applied to and another one was from my personal networking efforts, which wouldn't have been possible had I continued applying to jobs all by myself.
  • It was such a revelation that I decided to start this as a service first under the name ApplyatScale.com to help people get out of this job hunt trauma.
