About

I am fascinated by one problem: How organizations keep the mission moving when systems fail. My career began in counterterrorism and national security, before landing on cyber. I supported senior decision-makers navigating complex threat environments and interagency coordination — including leading strategy development and risk analysis alongside White House and federal partners. Advising policymakers on tough days crystallized how I think about risk: information is abundant; clarity about consequence is rare. I carried that perspective into emergency management, working alongside first responders and public servants responsible for maintaining operations during crisis. When power is out, communications degrade, and time compresses, resilience stops being theoretical. It becomes practical, immediate, and unforgiving. Today, I work in cyber intelligence, developing data-informed strategies and building metrics to measure effectiveness. My focus is ensuring intelligence efforts translate into decision advantage — not just reporting volume. Across counterterrorism, emergency response, and cybersecurity, the throughline has remained consistent: Disruption is inevitable. Continuity is a choice. I’m particularly interested in strengthening critical systems, improving how organizations evaluate intelligence impact, and helping leaders make sound decisions under uncertainty. Because resilience isn’t about passing audits. It’s about performing on your worst day. ***All opinions expressed are my own and do not reflect my employer’s views***
