About

I build product organizations, product portfolios, and go-to-market strategies that transform startups into acquisition targets and enterprise products into market-leading platforms. In my over 20 years in product leadership, I’ve navigated the full journey from founding PM at a 25-person startup to leading platform product strategy for >$1B ARR at VMware/Omnissa. My track record includes scaling BoxTone from ~$10M to >$30M revenue and >$110M exit, architecting AetherPal’s strategic pivot from Telco to Enterprise, that led to VMware acquisition, and driving product adoption >$20M ARR through pricing, packing, and enablement (Go-To-Market). Currently, I lead product strategy for platform services, including AI (GenAI conversational assistant, predictive insights, agentic orchestration), data analytics, orchestration, and identity powering Omnissa products. I founded and chair the AI Council, setting governance and policy for AI across our product portfolio and our internal use of AI, as well as evangelizing Responsible AI to build trust with customers, partners, media, and analysts. I am the Product champion and sponsor for Frontline markets (Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, Hospitality) driving ~$100M ARR. What differentiates my approach: • Strategy: I focus on the entire business, not just the technology, to determine growth strategies and drive executive alignment for new initiatives or pivots —from AetherPal’s shift from direct sales to channel partnerships to BoxTone’s expansion from a point solution to an integrated product line • Go-To-Market: I’ve established product categories (Mobile Service Management, one of first 7 Mobile Device Management vendors), created strategic frameworks (Mobile Maturity Curve at BoxTone, Alert-Assist-Advise-Autonomous AI progression at Omnissa), secured repeated “Leaders” recognition from industry analysts across multiple products and categories, and identified partnerships, acquisitions, and sales channels to close product gaps and drive growth in new markets • Team leadership: I’ve built product organizations from 1 to 40+ across product management, program management, and data science functions. I take pride in mentoring new and junior PMs into insightful product leaders • Customer focus: I’m passionate about carrying customer stories throughout organizations, creating alignment on target buyers and high value problems to solve.
