I've spent over a decade in the recruiting trenches — building my agency from the ground up and scaling it. Along the way, I've had the privilege of working with some of the most recognized brands on the planet (ie. PE Firms, Top VC's, Fortune and fast growth startups), and those experiences shaped everything I know about what it actually takes to win in this industry. And I'm still in it. I still run and actively scale my own recruitment agency today — because I believe the best coaches are still players.
