  • Reference Data Management: Maintain and update static and dynamic reference data for fixed income instruments (bonds, swaps, repos, options, etc.) in core systems and databases.

  • Trade Support: Enable smooth trade lifecycle management by ensuring complete, accurate, and timely reference data availability for trading, settlements, and reconciliations.
  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact with third-party vendors (like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Euroclear) to address data quality issues, manage feed updates, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Monitor, audit, and reconcile data discrepancies across multiple vendor feeds and internal systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Trading, Risk, Operations, Compliance, IT) to resolve data issues and ensure smooth trade settlements.
  • Proficiency in data integration, reconciliation, and data governance best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, especially fixed income (bonds, interest rate swaps, options, etc.) for OTC as well as exchange based trades.
