In this role, she oversaw finance, accounting, corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, and tax. During her tenure, Kraken completed a confidential S-1 filing and an $800 million primary capital raise at a $20 billion valuation. She also led significant strategic initiatives, including partnerships with Citadel Securities and Deutsche Börse, as well as five strategic M&A transactions and integrations, including NinjaTrader. Stephanie brings deep expertise in scaling high-growth technology companies, with a proven track record across fundraising, investor relations, public company readiness, government relations, global expansion, strategic and financial planning, and international tax strategy. Previously, she served as CFO of Dapper Labs, where she expanded her scope beyond finance to lead business operations, partnerships and business development, HR, legal, and investor relations. Prior to that, as CFO of ReCharge Payments, she played a key role in the company’s Series B financing and helped scale the business to exceed $100 million in annual recurring revenue. Earlier in her career, Stephanie spent over seven years at Activision Blizzard, where she led global corporate financial planning and accounting. She also held a senior finance leadership role at Headspace, overseeing finance, accounting, and tax, while expanding into business strategy, debt and equity fundraising, investor relations, and international tax planning. She began her career at Deloitte, focusing on fintech and financial services clients. In addition to her professional work, Stephanie is deeply committed to philanthropy and currently serves as Treasurer of the Killebrew Thompson Memorial, a nonprofit dedicated to funding cancer and leukemia research.
