Built PM Compass — an AI assistant that helps PMs instantly surface past decisions and documents, with citation-backed answers sourced from their own Google Drive.
Built solo end-to-end: a document ingestion pipeline, a search engine that combines meaning-based and keyword search for better coverage, a streaming chat interface that shows its sources and how long each step took, and a Google Drive integration so the knowledge base stays current. Validated quality before scaling up. I built a two-layer measurement framework: one layer checks whether the right documents are being surfaced (retrieval quality), the other uses a second AI to grade whether the answers are accurate and actually address the question asked. Results across 67 documents: answer accuracy 4.9/5, answer relevance 5.0/5.
Hallucination risk is monitored by default — the system flags answers that aren't grounded in the retrieved sources.
Prodathon (2026): First place out of 10 teams, judged by a panel of 4. Proposed an AI-powered learner engagement system for Indian edtech — combining microlearning and spaced repetition to improve retention
