I’m a recruitment operator turned founder, working at the intersection of recruitment operations, ATS platforms, and HR technology. After years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, resume screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and client delivery, one issue kept repeating: traditional ATS tools still leave recruiters doing manual L1 screening. To solve this, I’m building VHiMS (Visionary Hire Infera Metrix System), an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to support recruiters with JD-based resume evaluation, relevance scoring, and shortlist prioritization, rather than just keyword parsing.
