I have been in the Data Analytics & Management Consulting industry for ~15 years working with Top Fortune 100 customers across the Data Science value chain. Joined as the first employee in North America for Tredence and have been a part of the growth story contributing in multiple areas within the organization since our early start up days. Currently I am leading the Data Insights practice at Tredence where the overall responsibility is driving healthy P&L of the practice while developing GTM strategies, driving innovation and efficiency, harnessing Agentic AI frameworks, upskilling and empowering our talent and leverage best practices across industry verticals to deliver quantifiable outcomes for our clients through a team of ~400 member team of Data Scientists, Engineers and Business Analysts supporting my portfolio to solve problems across the value chain including Gen AI, Agentic AI and ML/LLM Ops I have been the client partner and held P&L for largest account within Tredence. I grew the account 5X in terms of revenue and 6X headcount growth while I was leading the account. I have built and led high performing teams from ground up and executed end to end innovation and transformation projects to drive value for the clients. Having a competitive sports background, being a team player comes naturally and the ability to communicate effectively for alignment and collaboration across the team members. I connect with people well and try to understand their motivation & incentives and hence I am able to unlock blockers within the organization so that our teams work with maximum efficiency.
