Everyone helps founders get into the room — and perform in it. Very few help them understand what happens after, where the decision is actually made. Most fundraising rounds don’t stall because meetings went badly. They stall inside the fund, when the story gets retold under time pressure by people who weren’t in the room. That’s the risk most founders never get visibility into. My work focuses on examining how a fundraising story holds up once it leaves the meeting — when it’s summarized, compared, and interpreted second-hand inside the investment committee. The output is a diagnostic, not advice or introductions. It looks at how the story is currently being read when you’re no longer there to add context.
