• As VP of AI, I helped CentralReach exit to Roper Technologies a NASDAQ 100 company for $1.85b. Over 12 months we built and shipped generative AI products generating over $14m in ARR and significantly increased our EV. My experience spans the full AI lifecycle, including fine-tuning foundation models, model evaluation, feature engineering, and observability for production-grade systems. I combine technical leadership with a strong focus on aligning AI solutions with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• In my role, I report directly to the CEO and Chief Product Officer, partnering with the C-suite to align AI strategy with business objectives.
