I build products that work at the intersection of enterprise complexity and consumer scale. At ServiceNow, I lead the Edge Automation portfolio — AI Agents (browser-use + computer-use), RPA, Automation Center, and ServiceNow Lens. My team pioneered ServiceNow’s entry into client side Agentic AI, shipping production-grade agents powered by Vision LLMs. We grew the RPA business by 120% year-over-year for two consecutive years, earned “Visionary” in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and “Leader” in the Forrester Wave in our very first year of participation, and achieved the highest user rating (4.7/5) on Gartner Peer Insights.
