• Sudhir joined KoeN Consulting when there was a need for a Coach as well as Facilitator with Business Knowledge to work with Middle Managers for a Client. The initiative was to launch them on their Leadership Journey.
• Between September 2018 and November 2019, KoeN Consulting facilitated Leadership workshops to help over 650 Managers improve the relationship with their Stakeholders (Client, Team, Peers and Managers), drive Leadership Decision Making and focus on their overall Executive Presence.
