From selling idlis as a boy to advising governments and speaking across the world, my journey has always been driven by one belief: If we understand how people think, we can shape how societies grow. I am a psychologist, futurist and policy advisor working at the intersection of education, AI, youth behaviour, mental health and digital wellbeing. Over the last three decades, I’ve delivered more than 1,600 seminars for governments, UN bodies, corporates, media houses and universities in many countries, helping leaders, educators, parents and young people rethink how we learn, work and live. What I work on Policy & education innovation - advising on education, startups and youth affairs, and developing new models like Think Curriculum that bring thinking and creativity back into classrooms. AI & digital wellbeing - building solutions such as Apprison and Happea to tackle mobile addiction, measure happiness and prepare campuses and companies for an AI-enabled future. Future skills & youth development helping institutions move from “degree-ready” to “skill-ready” by focusing on creativity, adaptability and real-world problem solving. Parenting, happiness & relationships - through my books, talks and social initiatives that support families, teachers and young people. I have authored 20+ books, including international bestsellers like Mama & Me and Go to Hell or Come to Me, along with titles on future skills, happiness and the India of tomorrow. My social enterprises for the girl child, youth and happiness have been recognised by respected institutions and global forums. My mission now is simple: To help India and the world build happier humans, stronger minds and future-ready talent by combining psychology, policy, creativity and AI.
