I spent the last 5 years adapting and building AI and related technologies for different purposes as part of the startup NLightN and in guiding leadership and tech teams think through and implement diverse AI solutions. I am building these 2 apps aiming for viral traction: KeepTrack - Small Organisation Management Suite powered by AI CRM, Project Management (Task-focused), Marketing, Finance, HR and Planning in one place. Learnr, an AI-powered adaptive learning platform that guides anyone wanting to learn a topic through a structured journey: customized learning plan with modules, activities and interactive steps. In the last 10 years' my experiences span: - Building an AI-powered Enterprise Intelligence stack for Managers and Decision makers which pulls data and documents from across Applications, Files systes, Databases etc - Building Document workflows in large document process scenarios - Data analytics across db, excel and application data to answer basic questions on Sales, Marketing, Costs, Inventory, Customers and Ops. - Various kind of Agent bots that answer based on document caches in scenarios spanning HR, Website visitors, Customers, Ecommerce, Not-for-Profit portals - EdTech products with AI-powered learning activities, assessment and building socratic tutor agents - AI web scanners to accumulate and structure data on social and business sector use cases for employees and consultants In the 15 years before that: Program managing and building AI and related tech tools for Organisations both Business and Social sector - own startup NLightN, CSR@Wipro and Azim Premji Foundation. - B. Tech. in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. - MBA from IIM Ahmedabad - IT in TCS and Ecommerce in eBay and Iksula cofounded by me - Co-founded Iksula, an Ecommerce solutions start-up - Married to a passionate Crafter and father of a curious learner(? gamer?) in high school. Some specific areas of work - 6000 hours of hands-on coding GenAI Applications and Agents for Organisations - Program Managing different aspects of large Programs across 6 states in India - Co-Founded and ran Operations for Iksula, an Ecommerce Solutions company (3yrs) - Co-created SeasonWatch (5yrs) - from an idea to a nation-wide Citizen Science project by leveraging Tech for Science. Today it has 1400 schools participating and 5lakh observations done on 15K Trees - Being part of National level Policy advocacy in India
