• I work as a Data Analyst in the Customer Success org at Innovaccer, closely involved in building and implementing solutions built for the Provider Market in the US.
• My responsibilities include the following :
• Executed and lead the Data Integration of Clinical and Claims feeds. Worked extensively on ETL scripts and data cleaning. Widespread knowledge on EPIC, eCW and HealthJump EHRs.
• Helped integrate Cost Groupers ran at Milliman into Innovaccer’s UDM and run custom ETL on the same.
• Built 3 custom dashboards which cater to specific customer requests across multiple domains.
• Playing Agile – following an Agile model on JIRA for daily scrums, backlogs, tasking and tracking.
• Extensive hands-on experience on the AWS cloud and its console. DMS, Airflow and S3 bucket the most used services.
• Amplified the team’s overall efficiency by automating the redundant day-to-day activities.

• I Interned at Innovaccer as a Data Analyst for 6 months after getting placed during my campus placements at VIT.
• My work revolved around:
• 1. Extensive knowledge of US Healthcare. Mostly focusing on Value Based Care (VBC) and the 3 pillars of Preventive Healthcare (Cost, Quality, Risk).
• 2. Ingestion of Clinical data from different EMRs and multiple payers across US.
• 3. Generating meaningful insights in the form of dashboards (using Microsoft PowerBI) on multiple topics.
• 4. Hands on usage of AWS console for day to day activities.
• 5. Active member on the JIRA board of my project and a sound understanding of the environment. Tasks are monitored on a daily basis by the scrum master and the customer.
• 6. Was awarded “DE Rockstar” for being amongst the few people in the Data Engineering Team of the company to clear all the 6 tests in the Data Engineering Certification. The tests were conducted as a part of the Up-skilling initiative of the company spread across technical (SQL, Python) and industry specific (VBC, Analytics, UDM) domains.
