I've spent 12 years building tech-products that reach millions of people — across India, Germany, Netherlands, France, Brazil and the US. I started as a software engineer, became a technical product manager, then led crm, growth teams, then built AI products at scale. At LOVOO in Berlin, I went from Technical PM to Head of Growth, through two acquisitions. Built customer engagement, live streaming, & retention, from scratch, scaled it to millions of users, and was part of the team when the company was acquired for $500M. Got promoted three times in three years by shipping things that moved revenue. I hired some amazing people and got all of my team promoted in a year. At MoEngage, as Senior Director, I worked with some of the best teams in B2B SaaS across predictive segmentation, real-time personalization, generative AI. Helped scale the company to $100M ARR. Won enterprise deals across US and EU, and built some good friendships. Then I walked away from all of it. In 2020, my brother and I managed our father's cancer treatment across three hospitals — him from Ireland, me from Germany. 2 years in hospitals and scattered reports. Excel sheets at 2 AM tracking medications and blood counts because no system existed to do it. We lived the chaos that millions of families face when someone they love has a chronic illness.That changed everything about what I wanted to build next. Today I'm building 2care.ai with a small team with an high impact. We're on a mission to redefine AI Infrastructure for modern healthcare with AI agnets, across voice, text, workflows and impact. It's early, it's intense, and it’s recognised by Anthropic Global CTO and saving lives. I hold a Master's from IÉSEG in France and completing Doctorate in AI Healthcare from Golden Gate University.   • As Product Manager at LOVOO, I led the development of our Live Video platform, combining real-time streaming with AI moderation.
