Served as Pillar DRI across three F&B mobile POS teams (~25 engineers), driving organizational alignment on reliability, operational reviews, planning, and squad sequencing. Engineering DRI for multi-year Orders migration spanning 100+ engineers across F&B, Orders, and Checkout organizations— successfully migrated Square sellers to the new ordering platform and unlocked critical seller requests including preauthorization, unblocking $1.1-1.3B in GPV via sales pipeline. Under my watch, drove application crash rates to 0.6% (iOS) and 0.2% (Android) of daily active devices—all-time lows, Coached 5+ engineers to promotion including one to Staff level (L7), and mentored peer engineering managers across pillar teams through performance feedback, work review, and promotion packet development. Empowered senior engineers to experiment with AI tools to increase velocity through task automation and parallel execution of complex work.
