• Managed rotation of statutory auditors to successfully complete audit of $1.2 billion entity listed in Mumbai Stock exchange.
• Bridged communication gap existing between team and auditors, thus, provided a resolution and completed audit successfully.
• Introduced new processes by leading cross functional teams to attain mitigating controls to achieve process efficiencies

• Analyzed 7-year business plan to assist prospective investors and secured funding of $100,000 by working with CEO and CFO.
• Led cross functional teams to ensure $25 million of overdue payment was settled. Decreased company’s liability.
• Led goods and service tax implementation and trained 25 including 10 C level executives to enhance the effectiveness of learning and increase the business potential as per DOW 2020 strategy.
• Acted as de-facto CEO of Voltas Water JV, when the previous one resigned. Managed business strategy, people management and corporate relationships.
• Designed a credit policy after thorough market analyses and thereby avoided a loss of $2.4 MM for the company.
• Initiated improved business reporting by implementing new SAP versions by working in cross functional and cross-cultural teams in Shanghai, China to ensure success. After returning to India, took initiative to train 20-member team on the new SAP interface.
• Compiled 54 agreements with 153 annual annexures spread over 54 different countries for the period between 2009 and 2014 within 2 months to avoid tax disallowance of $ 40 MM.
