Developed the start-up ecosystem in the Goa Campus of BITS Pilani*by:
Establishing the BITS Goa Innovation Incubation & Entrepreneurship Society (BGIIES) under Societies Registration Act 1860 in 2020
Setting up a bio-incubator, the BITS BIRAC BIONEST at the BITS, Pilani Goa Campus with DBT-BIRAC Grant in 2018. Enabled support to over 25 start-ups so far
Running the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme; creating a portfolio of 11 funded
start-ups from 2022.
Conducting a hands-on idea to start-up course for students of BITS, Pilani University from across Dubai, Goa, Hyderabad and Pilani campuses, since 2012. Resulted in creating at least 100 entrepreneurs. Established a mentor pool with BITS, Pilani Silicon Valley Alumni chapter
Enabling the student E-CEL to develop a flagship Entrepreneurial Summit: Coalescence, that had founders of Zerodha, OYO, Freecharge, Healthifyme, etc. as speakers, just before they became household names!
Founding team member of BITS, Pilani -Center for innovation, incubation and entrepreneurship.
Set up an ICT incubator with MeitY grant in the BITS Pilani Goa Campus , supported 9 start-ups, from 2013-16.
