• As an external consultant and project facilitator, I am supporting the Knowledge Team of the EIB Institute to scale the EIB Summer School that we successfully set up last year. For the 2019 edition, we will update the academic and cultural programme to surprise and inspire our audience and share the Bank's knowledge. I am looking forward to a fruitful and inspiring collaboration with the Knowledge Team, EIB lecturers, and of course our participants!

• I supported the European Investment Bank in the design and implementation of a pilot summer school programme for 50 international students. By applying the idayz method, stakeholders actively contributed to the project throughout the way.
• Beside regular project management tasks, I designed and facilitated workshops that helped team members to define and implement the next steps in the project. The environment encouraged members to contribute with their expertise. Through the regular exchange and opportunity to voice ideas without judgement, the project progresses in a way that everyone feels engaged and involved.

• I led the Strategy & Planning Office, a small team of experts in charge of implementing an evidence-based approach to decision making by delivering statistics and qualitative reports to the university president and the senior leadership. Besides daily business, I coordinated the university's bottom-up strategy process, improved the overall decision-making process (including the improvement of its automation and transparency), and drove the revision of the official KPIs in close collaboration with the Ministry.

• I advised the university president in strategic decision-making and the coordination of special projects. Namely, I was responsible for the implementation of a bottom-up strategy process (involving 200+ university members and external stakeholders) and the delivery of the main draft of the university's strategic framework 2026, that was both visionary and implementable. In collaboration with the University community, we defined the official guiding principles that became cornerstones of shared management values.

• Seconded to Vietnam by the Goethe University Frankfurt (Germany), I was in charge of implementing and coordinating a bachelor study program in Finance & Accounting at the Vietnamese German-University. As part of this capacity-building project, it was my duty to adjust the program to the needs of Vietnamese students and the local labor market. Besides the program coordination, I developed extra-curricular activities with the aim to improve the students' employability. Long-term relationships with the top management of international companies like Adecco, Bayer, Mercedes-Benz evolved, still providing graduates with internship and employment opportunities.
• Beside the administrative position, I followed several post-doctoral research projects: Investigation of the impact of ethnic diversity on (financial) solidarity in village communities in the highlands; evaluation of the effectiveness of a newly introduced insurance scheme for aquaculture farmers in the Mekong Delta; as well as social-economic factors driving childhood obesity in Vietnam's urban centres.
