• During my tenure at Godrej, I played a pivotal role in several transformative engineering initiatives. I led erection and commissioning of a ₹400 crore plant relocation project, ensuring smooth transition and operational readiness. I also spearheaded the installation of a ₹7 crore Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system comprising RO and MEE plants, driving sustainability and environmental compliance. I managed operations, maintenance, and budgeting for RO, MEE and ETP plants in compliance with MPCB, CPCB, and MoEF requirements. My focus on innovation led to the implementation of SAP-based maintenance systems, improved spare part traceability, and optimized performance tracking. I championed energy efficiency initiatives such as Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR), water jet vaccum system, briquette-fired boiler and heating systems, and oversaw the operation of a 3 MW natural gas-based power unit and a 19T steam recovery system, ensuring operational reliability and sustainability.
