Over the past 16+ years, as a Pre-Sales and Partner Engineering leader working at the intersection of technology, GTM strategy, and customer advocacy, I help enterprises modernise, simplify, and build cloud-ready and AI-ready data infrastructure with confidence. I’ve spent more than a decade in the India market, working closely with customers, GCCs, and partners across Banking, Financial Services, and Life Sciences. Whether it’s evaluating the right products, designing modern data architectures, or guiding multi-million-dollar transformation programs, my goal is simple — make technology practical, scalable, and easy to adopt. I currently lead a global team of architects, driving technical strategy, enablement, evangelism, hackathons, and asset development across AWS, Snowflake, and modern AI/BI ecosystems. A big part of my role is driving adoption—working closely with GSIs to build industry-ready accelerators and modernization offerings. This includes contributions to initiatives like AI4BI, GenAI automation frameworks, Mainframe modernization, , ETL Migration/Modernization and SAP modernization on AWS and Snowflake, all focused on accelerating adoption across top-tier strategic accounts. Community building has always been an important part of who I am. I speak at events, write, and host conversations through podcasts. I also run Data Heroes, a community and meetup space where practitioners openly discuss cloud adoption, architectures, and real-world challenges. Over the years, I’ve also helped build Centers of Excellence( COE) across the globe for our top GSI partners for both Qlik and Talend, strengthening capability, delivery maturity, and field execution.
