Started as software developer using different programming languages (COBOL, C++, Java, C#), then switch to the project management and managing team of 20 peoples for our partner in Healthcare domain in Oxford. Later, I have spent 7 years as scrum master and line manager for team of 10 people, leading agile transition from waterfall software development to agile development and driving people development in the team. I am currently leading department of 180 software developers with focus on healthcare smart imaging value chain. I am very active in Zilina IT community through ZA@IT cluster. I am regularly looking to the LEAN tools with focus to deliver right values for customers. I have lot of experiences to work on big projects developed on different sites across globe (Germany, Slovakia, Hungary and India) for Siemens Healthcare. I am helping to drive company strategy as driver of one strategic goal Software excellence.
